Hydraulic Livestock Shuttle
The Hydraulic Livestock Shuttle uses an exclusive hydraulic loading system to help reduce stress on animals during transport. A rear multi-axis slideout, front elevator, and front multi-axis slideout allow livestock to move from ground level to multiple deck heights on a transport trailer without the need for ramps, while interior and exterior lighting supports safe night-time operation.
Hydraulic livestock shuttle overview
The Hydraulic Livestock Shuttle was developed to make loading and unloading animals safer and more controlled, especially when working with multi-level transport trailers. Instead of relying on fixed ramps, the shuttle uses hydraulically driven slideouts and an integrated front elevator to bring animals up from a ground-level entry and place them at the appropriate trailer height.
The shuttle’s rear multi-axis slideout, front elevator, and front multi-axis slideout work together to give handlers flexible positioning options at each stage of the loading process. By minimizing steep climbs and abrupt height changes, the system is designed to help reduce animal stress and support smoother, more predictable movement.
Interior and exterior lighting along the shuttle supports night-time operation, helping crews maintain visibility around doors, gates, and moving hydraulic components when working early in the morning or after dark.
