Mark Troyer
President

Troyer Brothers grew out of Mark's extensive experience in equipment engineering and assembly. Traveling around the world to deliver and troubleshoot composting equipment, Mark built a deep operating knowledge of machine manufacturing. Tasked with finishing a custom machine build, Mark led his team in overcoming a series of supply-chain troubles, an experience that led him to co-found Troyer Brothers.

Paul Troyer
Partner

With a vision for a repair shop that could build or fix anything, Paul became a partner of Troyer Brothers at the company’s founding in 2005. In 2006, he graduated from a welding and fabrication course.
Paul has 15 years of experience as a purchaser and sales manager in a retail environment. He brings a commitment to customer satisfaction to Troyer Brothers: ensuring not only that each customer’s needs are met, but that Troyer Brothers has exceeded customer expectations in quality and workmanship.
Paul lives in rural Bluffton with his wife and four children. He loves spending any available free time with them, cooking and spending time outdoors.

Zach Geisel
Engineering Manager

Zach has a background in metal fabrication, machining, machine assembly, troubleshooting, and engineering. He has an Electrical Engineering Technology degree from ITT Technical Institute. At Troyer Brothers, Zach serves as general manager, and utilizes his proficiencies in electrical and mechanical engineering, Zach's areas of expertise include PLCs, touch-screens, control panels, servo controls, fluid power, general automation, electrical diagramming and schematics, 2D and 3D drawing, and machine design. In Zach's words, he enjoys “working at a growing company with good potential that is willing to invest in bringing new products to the market.”

Dale Cole
Assembly, Hydraulics

As one of the original Troyer Brothers employees, Dale has done it all. He has been trained in automotive mechanics and has experience in carpentry and the hydraulics industry. Dedication and hard work characterize his contributions to the team. According to Dale, Troyer Brothers focuses on the customer first and insists on quality of work while providing its employees with a great work environment.

Dan Jones
Assembly, Electrical, Hydraulics
Dan Jones

Another member of the original Troyer Brothers team, Dan has a broad background that includes construction, mobile home production and farming. His loyalty to the company and the customer are reflected in his dedicated service during crunch times.

Justin Cole
Laser Operator and Assembly
Justin Cole

Justin has been working for Troyer Brothers sinec the company's first day. The first employee to operate the laser table, he also plays a key role in machine assembly.

Marvin Isch
Engineering, CAM and PLC Programming

Marvin worked more than twenty years as an electrician, with experience in programmable controls and general electrical work. He earned an Electrical Engineering Technology degree from IPFW and an Industrial Technology and Maintenance degree from Ivy Tech. At Troyer Brothers, Marvin handles mechanical and electrical engineering tasks, with a specialty in PLC programming.

Reuben Schwartz
Job Processing and Quoting, Engineering
Reuben Schwartz

Reuben holds a general studies degree with a concentration in business. Before coming to Troyer Brothers, he worked in the building and transportation trades. His responsibilities consist of providing quotes for customer jobs and drawing prints for custom parts.

Carey Stauffer
Engineering, Design
Carey Stauffer

Cary graduated from ITT Tech with a tool engineering degree, and brings 16 years of experience in tool and die and custom equipment engineering to his work at Troyer Brothers. Cary enjoys the opportunity to produce excellence in the broad variety of projects Troyer Brothers engineers.

Michelle Colclasure
Accounting
Michelle Colclasure

Michelle completed the accounting diploma program at International Business College. She has worked in accounting and bookkeeping for 25 years.

Aden Troyer
Production Supervisor
Aden Troyer

In addition to managing a grocery department and operating a hog farm, Aden served as production supervisor over five departments at Smith Brothers of Berne. He now brings his love for people and his passion for quality to the Troyer Brothers workplace, directing all production processes at the East Main Street facility.

Brian Amstutz
Machining, Lathe, CNC Milling
Brian Amstutz

Brian has been a machinist since 1984. He has experience in a wide variety of applications, and the skill to accomplish whatever each project demands. Brian has a degree in CAD/CAM from Ivy Tech. He loves Troyer Brothers' family-oriented, teamwork-driven workplace, and enjoys taking advantage of the full scope of capabilities that the company maintains.

Derek Kirchhofer

With a degree in automotive and high performance technology and a background in assembly line production, Derek understands precision, quality, and consistency. He loves being a part of a hard working team in a positive environment, and thrives on producing quality work.

Joe Yoder
Machining, CNC Vertical Mill, Lathe
Joe Yoder

Originally from a farming background, Joe has also had opportunities in several craftsmanship disciplines. However, with 10 years of machining experience, he most enjoys working with metal.

Welding
Mark McBride

Welding has been a life passion for Mark. Starting with welding classes in high school, he has made welding his career for the past 20 years, honing his skills in a range of applications.

Jeremy Bowers
Fabrication, Welding
Jeremy Bowers

After earning a degree in general automotive technology, Jeremy worked as a transmission repair specialist. The last 6 years of his career have been focused on welding and fabrication. Jeremy appreciates the honesty and quality that constitute Troyer Brothers’ ethos. “I love the work, and I love the employers,” he says.

Chris Crider

Chris Crider

Chris holds certifications in stick, flux core and TIG welding; his talents are put to use in meeting customer expectations in a diversity of welding applications. Chris enjoys working in a good team, and producing a consistent quality of craftsmanship.

Kyle Workman
CNC Laser Operator
Kyle Workman

After a four-year stint in the Army, Kyle came to Troyer Brothers with experience in heavy machinery operation and maintenance. His skills in that field transferred well to his new role as a Troyer Brothers laser operator.

Brannon Short
CNC Laser Operator
Brannon Short

Brannon studied mechanical engineering in college, and has more than four years experience in the machining trade. Brannon served as an explosives expert in the U.S. Army, and now enjoys getting dirty as a CNC laser operator for Troyer Brothers.

Chris Garrison
Welding and Assembly
Chris Garrison

After years of learning welding and mechanics on his own, Chris worked as a welder for nearly three years before he came to Troyer Brothers. At Troyer Brothers, he serves as a welder. His mechanical experience is also put to use in assembling new machines.
